System Requirements

  Internet Connection (broadband recommended)

  Internet Explorer 5.0 and above with 128-bit Encryption strength

To check if your Internet Explorer follow these steps:

  1. Click on the menu Help | About Internet Explorer
  2. A window will appear with your current version and cipher strength.

    *  Your version should be 5.0 or later
    *  You cipher strength should be at least 128-bit

     

  3. If you have anything less than 128-bit, then you need to upgrade your cipher strength. You can find the upgrade patches for Internet Explorer here.

  SCS Online account

If you do not have a SCS online account:

  1. Download the application.
  2. Print and complete the application.
